Hello there,

We’re on the lookout for a Guest Service Host for our fabulous new property opening summer 2018.

At Native, we operate great serviced apartments, aparthotels and long-term residential lettings all across London. And we do it differently. We craft spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We’re not corporate, we’re friendly and great to work with. We take guest experience really seriously…but we’d never say “Sir” or “Madam”. We’re as far from cookie-cutter as you can imagine.

Right now, we’re on a quest to find a Guest Service Host to join our busy Operations teams. You’ll be looking after a whole range of guests (and their varied needs!) who book their stays through a mix of corporate, online and direct channels.

Every day is different. You’ll communicate daily with our Sales teams to make sure we meet our guests’ expectations – from arrival to departure and return. You’ll be responsible for guest satisfaction and help to coordinate the activities of our Maintenance & Property Operations using our in-house Property Management Software (PMS).

If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have:

  • A bright and clear communication style.
  • Experience of Guest Services or Hospitality.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and ideally PMS software.
  • Good negotiation and listening skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
