IT Support Analyst

The IT team drives operational efficiency at Native through first class technology solutions. Based in Notting Hill, we provide a broad range of services and support covering network, hardware, telephony and software, including our in-house property management software, iGNite, across all our national sites.

You’ll be responsible for providing the following services:

  • A first point of contact, advice and guidance to all colleagues regarding IT support issues.
  • Managing our service desk software, Zendesk, ensuring all relevant parties are communicated with and that knowledge, best practices, workarounds and solutions are shared.
  • Managing projects related to procuring new IT software or services such as internet connectivity for buildings, supported as required by the Business Systems Director.
  • Where necessary, the escalation of issues to colleagues, or relevant technical external suppliers.
  • Assisting with the manual testing of existing and new functionality on our network, the nativeplaces.com website and iGNite, reporting any issues found.

So now for the boring bit! As this role is technical in nature, we need applicants to be suitably qualified or have worked in a technical or support environment previously. Please check you meet these requirements before applying.

Essential

  • Knowledge of Operating Systems, networks, printing, telephony and connectivity services.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel etc).
  • Experience of working in a helpdesk environment or customer service environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a challenging role where responsibility was held for delivering a business requirement and where that requirement was delivered to a high standard.
  • Good customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Strong organisation skills.

  • Active Directory Administration experience
  • Network support experience
  • Software testing experience
  • Project management experience of small – medium sized projects
  • Procurement experience
  • Experience of working with data and reports
