We’re on the lookout for a Leasing Professional to join our lettings team at Native to be based in Croydon, Greater London.

At Native, we operate great serviced apartments, aparthotels and long-term residential lettings across the UK. And we do it differently. We craft spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We’re not corporate, we’re friendly and great to work with. We take guest experience really seriously…but we’d never say “Sir” or “Madam”. We’re as far from cookie-cutter as you can imagine.

You’ll execute the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

Your responsibilities


  • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the developments revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospective residents, conducting viewing tours, processing applications, completing reference checks, preparing tenancy agreements, move-in packages, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
  • Completing Right to Rent and immigration checks and ensuring all documents provided are certified in line with Government issued code of practices.
  • Controlling all online marketing through Native’s website, along with portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
  • Keep abreast of market knowledge to circulate information about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community’s occupancy and sales results.
  • Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follows the community’s established policies related to concessions, specials, and other programs to boost occupancy.
  • To use the relevant lettings software to track apartment availability, recording traffic and leasing activities, manage residents and future resident data, and capturing critical demographic and other information about existing and future residents.
  • Ensures that the development meets Native’s brand standards by daily inspections of the communal areas and leasing tours, communicating maintenance and upkeep needs to the community’s maintenance team, merchandising and ensuring physically appealing models and amenities, and preparing the leasing office for daily leasing activities.
  • Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions, and takes prompt action to solve problems and/or document and convey resident or other requests to the appropriate individual.
  • Completes various accounting, financial, administrative reports.

Your experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in profession is preferred.
  • ARLA (level 3) member preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in leasing, sales, or marketing that demonstrates customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints.
  • Proficiency in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.
  • Must have a valid passport and VISA (if applicable)

Additional Requirements


You must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and holidays. 5 days out of 7 shift pattern.
