The role represents an excellent opportunity for a passionate, professional person to advance their career within a highly successful and evolving business environment.

We’re looking for a talented individual to work with us in developing our portfolio of aparthotels and Build-to-Rent assets. We’re seeking an ambitious, bright, enthusiastic, literate and numerate person to support the accurate and timely delivery of the key functions of the Portfolio Development team.

What the role entails and who we’re looking for:

 

Financial Modelling (full support and training provided)

  • Quickly and accurately appraise a development or operational opportunity.
  • Understand our operating model and how this adapts to our opportunities.
  • Report on modelling to our investment partners.
  • Use the modelling outputs to help write proposals.
  • Requires proficiency in Excel.

 

Data Analysis

  • Work with the revenue and finance teams to extract real time data to inform modelling and the wider business.

 

Market Research

  • Quickly and accurately appraise a specific target market in terms of demand, competition and rental levels.
  • Produce a succinct report summarising findings.
  • Search target markets for development opportunities.

 

People skills

  • Be able to create and sustain professional relationships with agents / investors / developers.
  • Attend and conduct meetings independently.

 

Interest in the Real Estate Market

  • Have an interest in, and a desire to learn about the aparthotel and Build to Rent industry.

 

Experience

  • Recent graduate with up to 2 years’ work experience from a top university.
  • Relevant research and analytical skills.
