At Native, we’re searching high and low for a brand new Operations team made up of Property Maintenance & Decorating Specialists. We’ve got a number of roles available for hands-on, practical people who can work well with our wider Operations team.

We need our new Property Maintenance & Decorating Specialists do two things perfectly: make sure we fix the maintenance issues that crop up in our buildings; and keep our apartments looking fresh, clean and well-decorated.

Along the way you’ll work closely with our Operations & Guest Services teams to track maintenance and decorating schedules, identify areas needing proactive maintenance and continually assess Health & Safety risks that could affect our guests.

You’ll help the whole company by living one of our core values every single day, ‘We Get It Right’, making sure that we keep to Native’s Brand Standards for:
– Building maintenance
– Painting and decorating
– Health & Safety

We’re looking for a range of people so please apply if you’ve got specific skills in electrics, utilities, painting, decorating or plastering – or if you’re an all-round fixer who can turn their hand to lots of jobs. It’s helpful if you’ve got:
– Maintenance qualifications
– Fire, Health & Safety qualifications
– Experience of maintenance in different types and size of property

The roles will cover the London area across a number of different apartment buildings and report to the General Managers of our Operations Hubs.
