    About the role

    We are currently looking for a reservation agent to be a part of our vibrant sales team based in our Head Office in Notting Hill. As a Reservation Agent, you will deliver a high level of customer service to our partners on a day to day basis and will be responsible for dealing with enquiries, bookings, amendments and minor escalations. This role will facilitate requests and provide options in line with the client and also in line with Native objectives. We are looking for someone positive, flexible and enthusiastic.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer phone and email enquiries efficiently within the correct SLA
    • Ensure effective management of various enquiries received including portals
    • Act as the first port of call for agent escalations internally and externally
    • Record and input enquiries and reservations, process cancellations and amendments
    • Liaise with the revenue team to negotiate rates for enquiries and groups
    • Manage group bookings
    • Maximise conversions from enquiry to booking
    • Being aware of clients budgets, property rates and where relevant occupancy

    Skills required

    • Previous experience in working in the industry or the hotel industry is preferred
    • A strong team player with excellent relationship building skills
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong skills and experience in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to challenge constructively, think logically and analytically to solve complex problems
    • A clear thinker who isn’t afraid to try new solutions
    • Great attention to detail
    • Time management skills
    • Good work ethic and willingness to help others
