We’re on the hunt for an outstanding Revenue Manager to work with us at either our central office in Notting Hill, London; or based out of our new Manchester aparthotel, in Manchester Piccadilly.

At Native, we operate great serviced apartments, aparthotels and long-term residential lettings all across London. And we do it differently. We craft spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We don’t just know the locals, we become one. We’re as far from cookie-cutter as you can imagine.

Right now, we’re on a quest to find Revenue Manager to support development and delivery of budget for your own cluster of properties.

Working with the Head of Revenue, you’ll be managing inventory and booking channels, keeping an eye on market intelligence and coming up with the right pricing strategy for the right time. You’ll have a highly commercial role and as such you will need to interact with all teams within the business.

If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have:

  • Previous experience of revenue management.
  • Good knowledge of revenue management strategy, rate shopping and channel management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Great organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience of handling multiple projects.
  • Working Knowledge of RMS platforms would be ideal.
