    Right now, we are on a quest to find an exceptional Senior Leasing Professional to join our busy Build To Rent team. You will be executing the marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, in our new property in Milton Keynes.

    This role carries primary responsibility for delivering the leasing up targets of the scheme.

    Your objective will be to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals.

    You will be responsible for the development, engagement and motivation of the leasing professionals in the team and lead the team to success in achieving its goals.

    You will need to be fully committed in able to support the Community Manager in all aspects of the role including supervising leasing performance, occupancy, team members, reporting and problem solving. You will understand the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

    If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

    • Be well organised and confident, with a can-do approach.
    • Have exceptional experience in customer service, ideally in the build-to-rent sector or hospitality sector.
    • Be an ARLA (level 3) member (preferable).
    • Have experience in leasing, sales or marketing that demonstrates a customer service background.
    • Be proficient in executing sales skills such as lead generation through to leasing and closing.
    • Have the ability to work quickly and independently with great attention to detail.
    • Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build a lasting rapport with people.
    • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Be proficient in using online platforms for marketing, advertising and sales related circumstances.

    Contract Type: 37.5 hours per week
