    If you’re looking at our ad for Treasury Accounts Assistant you’d probably like to spread your wings and do something a little bit different.

    Due to the growth of the company we now require a full time Treasury Accounts Assistant to help look after this side of the business. There is also potential for growth & development for the right person. This would be an entry-level position and would suit someone wanting to kick start their career in Finance.

    The role of the Treasury Accounts Assistant will be responsible for looking after our main bank accounts. You will be fundamental in ensuring that all key bank accounts are up to date and reconciled each month and allocations are kept up to date.

    We have summarised some of the day to day functions of the role:

    • Allocation and prompt posting of all debtor payments, cashbook payments and receipts.
    • Supporting the AR team in making sure the debt ledgers are up to date and help monitor the AR mailbox
    • Posting and reconciling credit card and PDQ transactions.
    • Weekly bank reconciliation.

    If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

    • Be excited to kick start you career in finance with some previous experience of the sector.
    • Be proficient using Microsoft Office products
    • Have clear ability to analyse date quickly and accurately and reconcile complex accounts.
    • Be an enthusiastic, reliable & confident individual with a desire to learn and excel.
    • Have a lively and enquiring mind with a logical approach to work, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Be a self-starter who is great at problem solving.
    • Be efficient and organised, with excellent communication skills.
