    To some, serviced apartments have a bad rep. To them we say; ‘Stay Native!’ Here we debunk the 7 myths about serviced apartments and why we think it’s the best way to stay whether you’re travelling on business or for pleasure.

    Myth 1: It’s normally more expensive than a hotel.

    The longer a guest stays with us the lower the average daily rate (ADR), so you could end up paying a much cheaper rate than a hotel. Get in touch with a member of the team to find out more about our corporate housing.

    Myth 2: You have to pay a deposit.

    Nope, you don’t have to pay a deposit to stay in our apartments. Our aparthotels that have a reception offer a ‘Pay on Arrival’ option too, you can even pay monthly if you’re staying a while.

    Myth 3: Serviced apartments are a lonely place.

    All of our aparthotels have a 24 hour reception. For those that would like a welcome from a friendly Native, we have 4 aparthotels with 24/7 receptions and we’re always on hand to help.     Myth 5: There’s little benefit over a hotel.

    We’re not accepting that. Our Native apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, ironing facilities, washer dryers, fridge freezers, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, free Wifi, complimentary tea and coffee and more! Will you get all of that in a hotel? We want our guests to feel right at home right away so we include neighbourhood guides in our apartments with recommendations of where to go for your shopping essentials, a place to grab a bite to eat or somewhere to relax with a well-deserved drink!

    Myth 6: You need to book for at least a week

    Not true, our minimum length of stay is one night and we have everything from studios right up to three bedroom apartments.

    Myth 7: Serviced apartments are small and dingy.

    We’ll let our friends at ASAP tell you that ‘‘More space’ was the most mentioned positive of those who have stayed in an apartment recently. The average serviced apartment is 30% larger than the size of a 4* hotel room in London, and you get a lot more plug sockets!
