The current role opening would be pivotal in the coordination and planning of events within our social hub (Ducie Street Warehouse), which also includes a lounge, restaurant, mini-cinema, and fitness classes from BLOK.

    Position Summary:

    Due to the growth of the company we now require a full time Accounts Payable Assistant to help look after this side of the business. There is also potential for growth & development for the right person. This will be quite a hands on role, and would be ideal for someone already in an Accounts Payable role looking for a step up.

    The role of the Accounts Payable Assistant will be responsible to ensure suppliers are managed appropriately & helping to oversee the Accounts Payable process with the team on site.

    What the job entails?

    ·Input and post invoices into our accounting ledger

    ·Develop relationships with key suppliers

    ·Send invoices and chase to Heads of Dept. for approval

    ·Check invoice coding and liaise with management accountants

    ·Be a power user of our PO systems – Procure Wizard

    ·Take the lead on council tax billing

    ·Suppliers statements reconciliations

    ·Prepare AP / Finance reports as & when needed

    . Support the implementation of any new processes and controls and the implementation of new systems

    ·Bank reconciliations and postings

    Experience:

    ·Use of Sun systems & Procure Wizard would be advantageous

    ·Use of Finance systems before, ideally with two years’ experience

    ·Competent in Microsoft office products – Excel and accounting software

    Right now we are looking to find our next Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House Team In London, for our property located in St Paul Cathedral area- Native Kings Wardrobe.

    We are on the way to open at the end of April our Counter- in a few words a food and beverage offering for our hotel guests with a simple and welcoming service.

    Counter is the new addition at Native King’s Wardrobe. Our guests’ first sense of arrival, is a reception, hotel lobby, café and counter deli during the day, serving small plates and drinks in the evening.
    Expect classic café staples for breakfast, nourishing salads & sandwiches for lunch, and yummy small plates in the evening to complement a selection of wines, beers and classic cocktails.
    What the job entails?

    ·Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with other team members, visitors, clients and guests.

    ·Oversee daily operations of Counter, including ordering, managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring high standards of service.

    ·Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

    ·Train new staff in service standards, menu items, and operational procedures. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.

    ·Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Place orders as needed to maintain stock levels and minimise waste.

    ·Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage preparation areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

    ·Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Control costs by managing labour expenses and minimizing waste.

    ·Maintain accurate records of inventory and conduct regular stock checks to minimise wastage and maximise efficiency.
