    If you’re looking at our ad for Leasing Professional you’d probably like to spread your wings and do something a little bit different.

    At NATIVE, we operate great serviced apartments, apart-hotels and long-term residential lettings all across London, Glasgow and Manchester. And we do it differently. We craft spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We’re not corporate, we’re friendly and great to work with. We take guest experience really seriously…but we’d never say “Sir” or “Madam”. We’re as far from cookie-cutter as you can imagine.

    Right now, we are on a quest to find an exceptional Leasing Professional to join our busy Build To Rent team. You will be executing the marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, in the most prestigious residential asset in the Marylebone market.

    The look and feel of the apartments is akin to a luxury boutique hotel. You will deliver an outstanding service to all guest throughout their stay that matches the same high-quality exclusive hotel experience, and yet makes them feel at home at the same time.

    Every day is different. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the building, covering everything from an operational side. Your objective will be to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing and management. You will be passionate about exceptional service delivery and driving community engagement initiatives. You will understand the nature of the business requires a flexible schedule, which includes shifts during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

    If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

    • Be well organised and confident, with a can-do approach.
    • Have exceptional experience in customer service, ideally in the build-to-rent sector or hospitality sector.
    • Be an ARLA (level 3) member (preferable).
    • Have experience in leasing, sales or marketing that demonstrates a customer service background.
    • Be proficient in executing sales skills such as lead generation through to leasing and closing.
    • Have the ability to work quickly and independently with great attention to detail.
    • Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build a lasting rapport with people.
    • Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Be proficient in using online platforms for marketing, advertising and sales related circumstances.
