    At NATIVE, we operate great serviced apartments, apart-hotels and long-term residential lettings all across the UK. And we do it differently. We craft spaces that reflect the history of the building and the spirit of the neighbourhood. We’re not corporate, we’re friendly and great to work with. We take guest and resident experience really seriously…but we’d never say “Sir” or “Madam”. We’re as far from cookie-cutter as you can imagine.

    We are now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Native Manchester.

    The role is fundamental to growing our new corporate client base and ensuring we have a good baseline of key corporate clients. You will be key in ensuring Native is at the front of the market when it comes to corporate stays and you will have a full understanding of client accommodation programmes, drivers, opportunity and the channels they use to access Native.

    We have summarised some of the day to day functions of the role:

    • Build exceptional client relationships in keeping with the Native Culture and approach and own the corporate portfolio and sales targets.
    • Develop new accounts for Native, with a focus on the Media & entertainment accounts and associated travel agencies to maximise opportunities locally and internationally.
    • Total account management in corporate, group and events.
    • Host and assist in client entertainment, familiarisation trips and sales department activities
    • Weekly and monthly reporting through power BI of all corporate, consortia and agent production
    • 10 weekly appointment and 25 prospecting calls

    If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably:

    • Be able to manage corporate customers and key bookers with confidence
    • Have clear ability in strong reporting and insight experience
    • Be a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mind-set that can contribute to the wider business and teams
    • Be result orientated and exceptional at delivering insights into business risks and opportunities to impact the growth within the corporate portfolio.
    • Be commercially astute and highly numerate.
    • Be efficient and organised, with excellent communication skills.
